Each month, I share three ideas with my team that I believe could inspire new insights. I collect these ideas from various sources, and it's rewarding to see how even one idea can make a positive impact. As a mentor, witnessing these changes is both humbling and fulfilling.

Storytelling Events

If you can confidently speak to a room full of people watching you, you'll handle client presentations with ease. To help my young team break out of their shells, I created a fun way to practice client-facing skills. Inspired by TED Talks, we now have our own version, and the results have been outstanding.

Mini Masterclasses

I regularly have my team conduct simple workshops, exploring activities like crafts and cooking. Teaching others something they've mastered helps them develop their skills and encourages the quieter team members to open up. Plus, the praise and bragging rights are a great bonus!
